You are looking at the work of Renard Studio — the photography of Davide Yanoff. Here you will find stories in streets, strangers, and shadows: moments chased through light, travel, and quiet corners. Picture Paris in the rain, Milan in motion, Chicago at home. What you see is cinematic and unposed — black-and-white noir, silhouettes, and the pause before a scene notices the camera.

This site is built on two passions, and you are invited into both: photography and wine. If you collect and taste seriously — Napa Cabernet above all — you already know how the two combine. You start to see photographs the way you taste wine: light as acidity, shadow as tannin, a great frame built with the structure and finish of a great vintage. And you taste wine the way you shoot: always looking for the story in it — where it grew, who made it, the moment you opened it for.

That is why so much of what you see here happens through the glass — streets softened by a wine glass, cellars shot like street scenes, strangers at a bar given the same attention as strangers on a boulevard. Under every photograph you will find a note written in the language of wine, and the wine to pour beside it. Two passions, one way of paying attention — now yours to wander.
